4. Image Files & Confidentiality

All image files submitted to Velentra Photo are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We do not share, publish, or use your images for any purpose other than fulfilling your commissioned work, unless you have granted explicit written permission for portfolio use. Files are stored securely and deleted from our systems within 90 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage providers), subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Velentra Photo for any retouching or post-production service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Velentra Photo provides luxury photo retouching services including but not limited to: beauty retouching, high-end skin retouch, fashion photo enhancement, magazine-style editing, luxury color grading, and cinematic photo finishing. The scope of each project is defined in the individual project brief or service agreement.

3. Project Briefs & Approvals

All projects require a detailed brief submitted prior to commencement. The client is responsible for providing clear direction, reference images, and any brand guidelines. Velentra Photo will deliver work based on the approved brief. Significant changes to the brief after work has commenced may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your service package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of booking and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your project slot. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at checkout. Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the retouched images for their intended commercial or editorial purpose. Velentra Photo retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all images submitted for retouching. Velentra Photo accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-submitted materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Velentra Photo's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

12. Modifications

Velentra Photo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Velentra Photo, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every project. We take pride in our craft and work closely with each client to ensure the final result meets the highest luxury standards.

2. Deposits

All deposits paid to secure a project slot are non-refundable. This deposit compensates for the time reserved in our production schedule and the preliminary work undertaken prior to delivery.

3. Cancellations Before Work Commences

If a project is cancelled by the client before any retouching work has begun, the deposit will be retained and no further charges will apply. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@velentraphoto.com.

4. Cancellations After Work Commences

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 14 business days.

5. Revision-Based Resolution

We do not offer refunds based on stylistic preferences that were not communicated in the original brief. If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, we will first offer revision rounds as included in your package to address your concerns. Our goal is always to reach a result you are proud of.

6. Quality Disputes

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@velentraphoto.com with specific written feedback. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, offer additional revisions, partial credit toward a future project, or a partial refund.

7. Technical Errors

In the rare event of a technical error on our part (e.g., incorrect file format, missing deliverables), we will correct the issue at no additional charge and with priority turnaround.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. Non-Refundable Services

Rush delivery fees, file transfer fees, and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable under any circumstances.
